About the event
We asked our Innovation Community about the barriers they face when it comes to gaining access to the industry, and understanding intellectual property was highlighted as a key issue for innovators. Our aim in this webinar is to increase awareness and understanding of Intellectual Property – also known as “IP”.
Building on the EIC’s ‘Guide to Intellectual Property & NIA projects’ this webinar will provide you with an introduction to the fundamental aspects of IP. We will also be providing guidance on the importance of protecting your IP and key points to consider, such as ownership and management of IP, particularly when seeking innovation funding to develop your solutions.
The webinar will feature a 30 minute presentation from our Company Secretary & Deployment Workstream Lead, Craig Sapio, which will be followed by a Q&A and discussion session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences on the subject to IP and its treatment under innovation funding initiatives.
