Improving the Priority Services Register (PSR)
It is envisaged that the output will be an easily accessible and GDPR-compliant PSR system for use by a cross-sector of utilities and customers, containing relevant information to support customers with additional needs as required. The system must provide a single point through which customers can contact their relevant service providers, regardless of their location in the UK.
