Review Procurement of Innovation
The EIC`s Industry Partners would like to examine the flexibility of the current “end-to-end innovation procurement process”, with a view to set out a new standard for the industry, whilst ensuring compliance with the Utilities and Public Contracts Regulations (U/PCR).
An independent expert is required to review the barriers across the procurement process and provide options and recommendations.
