The most recent price control period, known as RIIO-2, will prepare the UK Energy Networks to deliver Net Zero at lowest cost to customers. All the while maintaining world-class levels of system reliability and customer service, and ensuring no consumer is left behind.
RIIO-2 will lead to £660m+ being invested in innovation by the networks over the next 5 years. This presents a huge opportunity for innovators from all over the world to come forward with their proposals to help support this transition and collaborate together.
