Personal Reliance on Low Carbon Technologies
The provision and utilisation of energy in the UK is changing as we progress towards a low carbon future. We also need to manage the experience of stakeholders and safeguard vulnerable customers as we progress with the decarbonisation of the energy system itself. This creates new challenges for network owners and operators as they seek to efficiently manage aging assets at the same time as integrating new technologies and addressing the changing expectations of a wide and diverse range of stakeholders.
Please note: Industry Challenges do not have a set timescale or deadline by which solutions are required. Responses to Industry Challenges are reviewed and shortlisted by the EIC, taking into consideration our partners` needs.
Should your proposal be shortlisted by the EIC, a pre-agreed timeline of how/when proposals will be reviewed and shared with our industry partners will be provided.
