Community & Innovator Experience Lead

The Energy Innovation Centre (EIC) is looking for an ambitious, driven person to join the team as Community & Innovator Experience Lead.

The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic company in the global energy sector. They will be supported to develop and realise their potential whilst increasing the impact of the innovator community.

In this role, the candidate will lead the delivery of the EIC Industry Innovator Action Plan, continually evolve industry support for innovators, strengthen the EIC innovation community, improve the innovator experience, and help remove barriers to innovation deployment.

Through the facilitation of events, stakeholder engagement and regular insight gathering, the candidate will refine engagement strategies and support the transition to a net zero energy system, ensuring the voice of innovators is heard across the industry.
