Following a successful pitch, it's time to plan the project
"When will I need to write a project plan?"
If your innovation is selected to progress, you'll be asked to write a project plan
At this stage, the network partner wants to explore your innovation as a funded project. The project plan helps set out what will happen, who will be involved, how the project will be delivered and what the project aims to achieve.
You will not need to do this alone. The Energy Innovation Centre can support you through the project plan stage and help you understand what information is needed.
If your innovation is successful, we will share the relevant templates and resources with you directly.
