The EIC would like to announce the launch of our latest innovator support tool; developed with Energy Systems Catapult (ESC), we’ve updated our guide to testing and demonstration facilities for the energy sector, both in the UK and worldwide.

The updated guide provides an extensive catalogue of cutting-edge facilities and will not only assist innovators in understanding what testing services are available, but will also help them to establish what type of testing innovations may need in order to drive products through to business as usual within the energy industry.

Additional featured Testing Facilities include the Energy Systems Catapult’s ‘Living Lab’

The Living Lab is a test environment for businesses to trial new heat products and services with people in homes upgraded with room-by-room sensors and smart heating controls. It is made up of 100 homes spread across Newcastle, Manchester, South Wales and the West Midlands, including a mix of owner-occupied and social housing with a range of building types and occupancy including vulnerable homes.

Download the January 2020 edition of the ‘Energy Sector Testing & Demonstration Facilities Guide’ today to find out more about ‘The Living Lab’ and the many other testing and demonstration facilities available to innovators worldwide.
